For the last six months or so I have, on nearly a daily basis, read a blog called Swing State Project. It's author and contributors have dedicated their time and efforts to covering the key races for the House and Senate and the chances to turn those races into Democratic wins. It is some of the best analysis, albeit from a democratic point of view, I have seen on the web. It is also a great place to see how you can get involved in a local race of national significance.
Given my previous post, you all know I am using my moderate, independent voice to try to influence people to vote for Democratic candidates to swing the House and/or the Senate into Democratic control. I would suggest that all of you considering my argument take a look at the Swing State Project website. Here is a link to SSP's coverage of the key primary contests going on tonight in California, Montana, Iowa and other states. I hope you enjoy the site as much as I do. In fact seeing the dedication of the author, known as DavidNYC, is what inspired me to make the leap into blogging myself. I can only hope to be half as successful as he is.
I'm honored that I could serve as any sort of inspiration for a fellow blogger. Best of luck to you.
